1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk999ap ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through tk999ap, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if registered, contact our 24/7 English-language support team to close your account. Continued use of tk999ap after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as of their effective date.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through tk999ap, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live cricket betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, fishing games, and all bonus and promotional offerings. These Terms are supplemented by any product-specific rules displayed within individual game lobbies or promotional landing pages; in the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence unless a product-specific rule explicitly states otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use tk999ap, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tk999ap is strictly a platform for adults. We do not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.

Players based in Bangladesh are our primary audience. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on tk999ap. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or a different device or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and an active Bangladeshi mobile number. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify our support team promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. tk999ap will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. You should:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP from your account security settings.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices.
• Notify tk999ap support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

tk999ap will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any action taken through your account while your credentials are valid will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified us of a breach of security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

tk999ap processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the applicable minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

The standard minimum deposit is ৳500. The standard minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per week are displayed in the cashier and may vary based on your account verification status and payment method selected.

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your tk999ap account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Deposits via Rocket and Upay are typically credited within 1 to 5 minutes.
• Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes depending on your issuing bank.
• Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and that has previously been used to make a deposit into your tk999ap account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account belonging to another person will be refused and may result in a security review of your account.

tk999ap reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure applied for the protection of all players on the platform.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

tk999ap offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotional page. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus policy applies.

Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page (for example: "20x wagering requirement" means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal is approved). Wagering contribution rates vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate, as specified per promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are used after your real-money balance is exhausted, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on tk999ap, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tk999ap:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or using more than one registered account, whether in your own name or under false identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input in real time.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used.
• Money Laundering: Using tk999ap as a mechanism to launder money or obscure the origin of funds through a cycle of deposits, minimal play, and withdrawals.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of technical errors, software bugs, or mis-priced odds where the error is clearly unintentional on the part of the Platform.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language at support staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the Platform.

tk999ap reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, we may place a temporary hold on withdrawals from the account. If an investigation concludes that prohibited conduct has occurred, we reserve the right to close the account permanently and forfeit any balance remaining therein.

7 Game & Betting Rules

All games available on tk999ap — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing games — are operated by third-party providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the provider's game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. By playing any game, you accept the game-specific rules published by the relevant provider.

For sports betting and cricket betting markets, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other international cricket series:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• A bet is not valid until you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, tk999ap's specific event rules will apply — in most cases, stakes are returned on void markets.
• In-play (live) betting decisions are final once confirmed. tk999ap is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in missed in-play betting opportunities.
• tk999ap reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, provided the error is identified within a reasonable timeframe and the relevant bet has not yet been settled.

tk999ap reserves the right to remove any game or market from the lobby at any time, with or without notice. If a game is removed while a session is in progress, the player will be credited with the amount wagered in that session where technically determinable.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

You may request the closure of your tk999ap account at any time by contacting our 24/7 English-language support team. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. tk999ap will process account closure requests within one Bangladesh Standard Time business day of receipt of a verified request.

tk999ap reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a law enforcement agency.
• The account remaining inactive (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal) for a consecutive period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed by tk999ap due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's own request or due to inactivity), the player will be given a reasonable opportunity to withdraw their real-money balance prior to closure, subject to KYC requirements.

Self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools are processed separately from standard account closure requests and take effect within 24 hours.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of applicable law. tk999ap makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
